Dave Del Dotto is a real
investment guru with few things to his credit. Before working as a real
investment guru, he used to do infomercials while sitting at the beach of Hawaii. He made an infomercial to sell his Cash Flow System. He also has
authored a book How to Make Nothing but Money and Hidden Opportunities for
Wealth. His techniques only aim at collecting cash from customers though at
times he poses that money is the last thing he wants from his customers. However,
the truth is other way round.
The Federal Trade
Commission has asked a federal court to redress the customers, who have bought
his book. Dave Del Dotto enterprise has agreed to resolve the charges
that his company has made in a real estate market through his book and audiotapes.
He is also prohibited from misrepresenting the government grants,
loans, or credit, real estate, the scope of any product or service concerning
investments. He is also needed to pay a sum of $200, 000 for the settlement.
Dave
Del Dotto is also responsible for giving false information to his
students that they can get mortgages at 1% to 3% less, they can take the
proceeds of government-insured home improvement loans, title to a house could
be obtained while paying a sum of taxes, etc. The IRS obtained lien on
his Hawaii house in 1993. In 1995, he was prosecuted for default of 5,000,000
in loans. In 1995, both Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 were filed for company and
individual bankruptcy respectively. Dave Del Dotto has an unending list of
frauds planned by him. He is even accused of practicing as a broker without a
license.
Dave
Del Dotto is a shady person who is always in news for all the bad
reasons. The books and seminars authored and conducted by him are not worth a
penny to spend. He has a long list of accusations against him to fraud and
